Hannukah 3

Psalm 63
(0) A psalm of David, when he was in the desert of Y’hudah:
2 (1) O God, you are my God; I will seek you eagerly.
My heart thirsts for you, my body longs for you
in a land parched and exhausted, where no water can be found.
3 (2) I used to contemplate you in the sanctuary, seeing your power and glory;
4 (3) for your grace is better than life. My lips will worship you.
5 (4) Yes, I will bless you as long as I live; in your name I will lift up my hands.
6 (5) I am as satisfied as with rich food; my mouth praises you with joy on my lips
7 (6) when I remember you on my bed and meditate on you in the night watches.
8 (7) For you have been my help; in the shadow of your wings I rejoice;
9 (8) my heart clings to you; your right hand supports me.

10 (9) But those who seek to destroy my life — may they go to the lowest parts of the earth.
11 (10) May they be given over to the power of the sword; may they become prey for jackals.
12 (11) But the king will rejoice in God. Everyone who swears by him will exult,
for the mouths of liars will be silenced.

Genesis 41:1-14

Parashah 10: Mikketz (At the end) 41:1–44:17

1 At the end of two years, Pharaoh had a dream: he was standing beside the Nile River; 2 and there came up out of the river seven cows, sleek and fat; and they began feeding in swamp grass. 3 After them, there came up out of the river seven more cows, miserable-looking and lean; and they stood by the other cows at the edge of the river. 4 Then the miserable-looking and lean cows ate up the seven sleek, fat cows. At this point Pharaoh woke up. 5 But he went to sleep again and dreamt a second time: seven full, ripe ears of grain grew out of a single stalk. 6 After them, seven ears, thin and blasted by the east wind, sprang up. 7 And the thin ears swallowed up the seven full, ripe ears. Then Pharaoh woke up and realized it had been a dream.
8 In the morning he found himself so upset that he summoned all the magicians of Egypt and all its wise men. Pharaoh told them his dreams, but no one there could interpret them for him. 9 Then the chief cupbearer said to Pharaoh, “Today reminds me of something wherein I am at fault:
10 Pharaoh was angry with his officials and put me in the prison of the house of the captain of the guard, me and the chief baker. 11 One night both I and he had dreams, and each man’s dream had its own meaning. 12 There was with us a young man, a Hebrew, a servant of the captain of the guard; and we told him our dreams, and he interpreted them for us — he interpreted each man’s dream individually. 13 And it came about as he interpreted to us — I was restored to my office, and he was hanged.”
14 Then Pharaoh summoned Yosef, and they brought him quickly out of the dungeon. He shaved himself, changed his clothes, and came in to Pharaoh.

Abba Yakar,

I declare in faith At the end of 2 years of December 2019 since YOU revealed YOUR will to me, I will have a child in my arms with a loving husband beside me because YOU have shown me who my husband is on December 6, 2019 and at the end of 2 years I will already be a happy mother because this is what YOU have promised me and YOUR WORD confirms it, the Prophet YOU have shown a vision to confirm it this year, and therefore I would be married by March/April 2021 because to give birth on December 2021 will require 9 months. YOU will not delay Avi, I know YOU will never delay, YOU are always in every moment, perfect! And I will continue to dance in YOUR presence as YOU make all things work out for me and everyone around me. Hallelujah!

Song of Solomon 2

1 I am but a rose from the Sharon, just a lily in the valleys.
[He]
2 Like a lily among thorns is my darling among the other women.
[She]
3 Like an apple tree among the other trees in the forest is my darling among the other men.
I love to sit in his shadow; his fruit is sweet to my taste.
4 He brings me to the banquet hall; his banner over me is love.
5 Sustain me with raisins, refresh me with apples, for I am sick with love.
6 [I wish] his left arm [were] under my head, and his right arm around me.
7 I warn you, daughters of Yerushalayim, by the gazelles and deer in the wilds,
not to awaken or stir up love until it wants to arise!

8 The voice of the man I love! Here he comes, bounding over the mountains, skipping over the hills!
9 My darling is like a gazelle or young stag. There he is, standing outside our wall,
looking in through the windows, peering in through the lattice.

10 My darling speaks; he is saying to me,  “Get up, my love! My beauty! Come away!
11 For you see that the winter has passed, the rain is finished and gone,

12 the flowers are appearing in the countryside, the time has come for [the birds] to sing,
and the cooing of doves can be heard in the land.
13 The fig trees are forming their unripe figs, and the grapevines in bloom give out their perfume. Get up, my love, my beauty! Come away!”
[He]
14 My dove, hiding in holes in the rock, in the secret recesses of the cliff,
let me see your face and hear your voice; for your voice is sweet, and your face is lovely.
[She]
15 “Catch the foxes for us, yes, the little foxes!
They are ruining the vineyards when our vineyards are in bloom!”
16 My darling is mine, and I am his, as he pastures his flock among the lilies.
17 Before the daytime breeze rises and the shadows flee,
return, my love, like a stag or gazelle on the hills of Beter.

Abba Yakar, YOU are beautiful O Adonai and I reflect YOUR beauty because I am YOURS and YOU are mine. Do YOU like my hair being long? Matthew 24

1 As Yeshua left the Temple and was going away, his talmidim came and called his attention to its buildings. 2 But he answered them, “You see all these? Yes! I tell you, they will be totally destroyed — not a single stone will be left standing!”

3 When he was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the talmidim came to him privately. “Tell us,” they said, “when will these things happen? And what will be the sign that you are coming, and that the ‘olam hazeh is ending?”

4 Yeshua replied: “Watch out! Don’t let anyone fool you! 5 For many will come in my name, saying, ‘I am the Messiah!’ and they will lead many astray. 6 You will hear the noise of wars nearby and the news of wars far off; see to it that you don’t become frightened. Such things must happen, but the end is yet to come. 7 For peoples will fight each other, nations will fight each other, and there will be famines and earthquakes in various parts of the world; 8 all this is but the beginning of the ‘birth-pains.’ 9 At that time you will be arrested and handed over to be punished and put to death, and all peoples will hate you because of me. 10 At that time many will be trapped into betraying and hating each other, 11 many false prophets will appear and fool many people; 12 and many people’s love will grow cold because of increased distance from Torah. 13 But whoever holds out till the end will be delivered. 14 And this Good News about the Kingdom will be announced throughout the whole world as a witness to all the Goyim. It is then that the end will come.

15 “So when you see the abomination that causes devastation spoken about through the prophet Dani’el standing in the Holy Place”[a] (let the reader understand the allusion), 16 “that will be the time for those in Y’hudah to escape to the hills. 17 If someone is on the roof, he must not go down to gather his belongings from his house; 18 if someone is in the field, he must not turn back to get his coat. 19 What a terrible time it will be for pregnant women and nursing mothers! 20 Pray that you will not have to escape in winter or on Shabbat. 21 For there will be trouble then worse than there has ever been from the beginning of the world until now, and there will be nothing like it again![b] 22 Indeed, if the length of this time had not been limited, no one would survive; but for the sake of those who have been chosen, its length will be limited.

23 “At that time, if someone says to you, ‘Look! Here’s the Messiah!’ or, ‘There he is!’ don’t believe him. 24 For there will appear false Messiahs and false prophets performing great miracles — amazing things! — so as to fool even the chosen, if possible. 25 There! I have told you in advance! 26 So if people say to you, ‘Listen! He’s out in the desert!’ don’t go; or, ‘Look! He’s hidden away in a secret room!’ don’t believe it. 27 For when the Son of Man does come, it will be like lightning that flashes out of the east and fills the sky to the western horizon. 28 Wherever there’s a dead body, that’s where you find the vultures.

29 “But immediately following the trouble of those times,
the sun will grow dark,
the moon will stop shining,[c]
the stars will fall from the sky,
and the powers in heaven will be shaken. [d]

30 “Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, all the tribes of the Land will mourn,[e] and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with tremendous power and glory.[f] 31 He will send out his angels with a great shofar;[g] and they will gather together his chosen people from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

32 “Now let the fig tree teach you its lesson: when its branches begin to sprout and leaves appear, you know that summer is approaching. 33 In the same way, when you see all these things, you are to know that the time is near, right at the door. 34 Yes! I tell you that this people will certainly not pass away before all these things happen. 35 Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.

36 “But when that day and hour will come, no one knows — not the angels in heaven, not the Son, only the Father. 37 For the Son of Man’s coming will be just as it was in the days of Noach. 38 Back then, before the Flood, people went on eating and drinking, taking wives and becoming wives, right up till the day Noach entered the ark; 39 and they didn’t know what was happening until the Flood came and swept them all away. It will be just like that when the Son of Man comes. 40 Then there will be two men in a field — one will be taken and the other left behind. 41 There will be two women grinding flour at the mill — one will be taken and the other left behind. 42 So stay alert, because you don’t know on what day your Lord will come. 43 But you do know this: had the owner of the house known when the thief was coming, he would have stayed awake and not allowed his house to be broken into. 44 Therefore you too must always be ready, for the Son of Man will come when you are not expecting him.

45 “Who is the faithful and sensible servant whose master puts him in charge of the household staff, to give them their food at the proper time? 46 It will go well with that servant if he is found doing his job when his master comes. 47 Yes, I tell you that he will put him in charge of all he owns. 48 But if that servant is wicked and says to himself, ‘My master is taking his time’; 49 and he starts beating up his fellow servants and spends his time eating and drinking with drunkards; 50 then his master will come on a day the servant does not expect, at a time he doesn’t know; 51 and he will cut him in two and put him with the hypocrites, where people will wail and grind their teeth!
