Psalm 94

1 God of vengeance, Adonai!
God of vengeance, appear!
² Assert yourself as judge of the earth!
Pay back the proud as they deserve!

³ How long are the wicked, Adonai,
how long are the wicked to triumph?
⁴ They pour out insolent words,
they go on bragging, all these evildoers.

⁵ They crush your people, Adonai,
they oppress your heritage.
⁶ They kill widows and strangers
and murder the fatherless.

⁷ They say, “Yah isn’t looking;
the God of Ya‘akov won’t notice.”
⁸ Take notice, yourselves, you boors among the people! You fools, when will you understand?
⁹ Will the one who planted the ear not hear?
Will the one who formed the eye not see?
¹⁰ Will the one who disciplines nations not correct them? Will the teacher of humanity not know?
¹¹ Adonai understands that people’s thoughts are merely a puff of wind.

¹² How happy the man whom you correct, Yah, whom you teach from your Torah,
¹³ giving him respite from days of trouble, till a pit is dug for the wicked!
¹⁴ For Adonai will not desert his people, he will not abandon his heritage.
¹⁵ Justice will once again become righteous, and all the upright in heart will follow it.

¹⁶ Who will champion my cause against the wicked? Who will stand up for me against evildoers?

¹⁷ If Adonai hadn’t helped me, I would soon have dwelt in the land of silence.
¹⁸ When I said, “My foot is slipping!” your grace, Adonai, supported me.
¹⁹ When my cares within me are many, your comforts cheer me up.

²⁰ Can unjust judges be allied with you, those producing wrong in the name of law?
²¹ They band together against the righteous and condemn the innocent to death.

²² But Adonai has become my stronghold, my God is my rock of refuge.
²³ But he repays them as their guilt deserves; he will cut them off with their own evil;
Adonai our God will cut them off.

Avi Yakar,

Blessed are YOU Adonai Elohim, King of the Universe, My Everlasting! O HOLY One of Israel! How much I need YOU. Every single breath I take is  for YOU for I myself do not want to live anymore in this cruel dark world. Even when YOU are with me, I would rather be with YOU. Did YOU catch my tears and stored it in YOUR bottle last night? Adonai, release me from this place, I ask YOU, release me let my parents release me so that I can live the life YOU want me to live. Keep my eyes focused on YOU, keep me focused on YOU O GOD Almighty! I cut off every soul tie, every need to please my mom or dad, I give all my efforts to please YOU instead of them. For I know that if I please YOU I will also please them without trying so hard.

Exodus 8

^9 (13) Adonai did as Moshe had asked — the frogs died in the houses, courtyards and fields; ^10 (14) they gathered them in heaps till the land stank. ^11 (15) But when Pharaoh saw that he had been given some relief, he made himself hardhearted and would not listen to them, just as Adonai had said would happen.

^12 (16) Adonai said to Moshe, “Say to Aharon: ‘Reach out with your staff and strike the dust on the ground; it will become lice throughout all the land of Egypt.’” ^13 (17) They did it — Aharon reached out his hand with his staff and struck the dust on the ground, and there were lice on people and animals; all the dust on the ground became lice throughout the whole land of Egypt. ^14 (18) The magicians tried with their secret arts to produce lice, but they couldn’t. There were lice on people and animals.^15 (19) Then the magicians said to Pharaoh, “This is the finger of God.” But Pharaoh was made hardhearted, so that he didn’t listen to them, just as Adonai had said would happen. ^16 (20) Adonai said to Moshe, “Get up early in the morning, stand before Pharaoh when he goes out to the water and say to him, ‘Here is what Adonai says: “Let my people go, so that they can worship me. ^17 (21) Otherwise, if you won’t let my people go, I will send swarms of insects on you, your servants and your people, and into your houses. The houses of the Egyptians will be full of swarms of insects, and likewise the ground they stand on. ^18 (22) But I will set apart the land of Goshen, where my people live — no swarms of insects will be there — so that you can realize that I am Adonai, right here in the land.

Dear Avi,

O GREAT I AM, Almighty One whom I take refuge and strength! O HOLY and perfect ONE whom I trust! Give ear to me Avi, give ear to me just as YOU listened to every prayer of YOUR chosen servant Moshe. Avi, bring my husband to me now so we can share our lives together, so that I can be joyful in love and secure, and let my parents release me to marry this man. Give ear to me Avi, release me from this place of insecurity and feeling of being unloved. YOU love me, YOU LOVE ME, even though my mother doesn't love me YOU love me so vindicate me Avi, release me from her. I cut off every soul tie I have with my mother. I cut it off in JESUS Name! No more will she affect me in any way! She is an earthly mother YOU are using to raise me and hurt me at the same time. But I will soar to heights greater than where she is, I will be far from her reach, let me love her only from afar. Have mercy on me O GOD and grant my petition, let me soar on wings like eagles unhindered from anymore pain. Bring my husband to me. Avi, bring him to me, the man who can love me like YOU love me. 

 

Joshua 22

⁴ Now Adonai your God has given rest to your kinsmen, as he told them he would. So you too, return to your tents in the land which is your possession, which Moshe the servant of Adonai gave you beyond the Yarden. ⁵ Only take great care to obey the mitzvah and the Torah which Moshe the servant of Adonai gave you — to love Adonai your God, follow all his ways, observe his mitzvot, cling to him, and serve him with all your heart and being.” ⁶ Then Y’hoshua blessed them and sent them away, and they went to their tents.  

²⁴ Rather, we did this out of anxiety, because we thought, ‘Sometime in the future, your descendants might say to our descendants, “You don’t have anything to do with Adonai, the God of Isra’el, ²⁵ because Adonai made the Yarden the border between us and you, so you descendants of Re’uven and Gad have no share in Adonai.”’ In this way your descendants could make our descendants stop fearing Adonai. 

Dear Avi,

O GOD My King and loving husband who cares for me. Please make me feel YOUR love, please be merciful to me. I feel like I am in the fire and I am in pain. Father, help me to deal with pain in an honorable way. Help me to rise above this situation O GOD, help me to respond to this the way YOU want me to.. But I am crying out to YOU, I feel so much pain so much rejection... Relese me from her, and release me from this oppression.

Hosea 6

⁵ This is why I have cut them to pieces by the prophets, slaughtered them with the words from my mouth —the judgment on you shines out like light.
⁶ For what I desire is mercy, not sacrifices, knowledge of God more than burnt offerings.

⁷ “But they, just like men, have broken the covenant, they have been faithless in dealing with me.

Dear Avi,

O HOLY ONE of Israel. Forgive me for my frailty and weak heart. I know YOU desire knowing YOU more than blood sacrifices. Please take over me and enable me to respond to this pain in love. So that I can win my mother, so that she can heal from all her pain. Help me to love beyond myself and work with YOU. I want to be the greater person and I want to please YOU. So help me to obey and do exactly as YOU say, help me to be humble... Help me Father, I am hurting so much inside. Won't YOU heal me now with YOUR love? Heal me Father, Heal me... heal me Father, love me.... Help me to feel YOUR love... Don't be far from me Father...Carry me and comfort me, love me....

Luke 8

⁹ His talmidim asked him what this parable might mean, ¹⁰ and he said, “To you it has been given to know the secrets of the Kingdom of God; but the rest are taught in parables, so that they may look but not see, and listen but not understand.^[a]

 ¹⁵ But what fell in rich soil — these are the ones who, when they hear the message, hold onto it with a good, receptive heart; and by persevering, they bring forth a harvest.

¹⁶ “No one who has lit a lamp covers it with a bowl or puts it under a bed; no, he puts it on a stand; so that those coming in may see the light. ¹⁷ For nothing is hidden that will not be disclosed, nothing is covered up that will not be known and come out into the open. ¹⁸ Pay attention, then, to how you hear! For anyone who has something will be given more; but from anyone who has nothing, even what he seems to have will be taken away.”

²¹ But he gave them this answer: “My mother and brothers are those who hear God’s message and act on it!”

²⁴ They went and woke him, saying, “Rabbi! Rabbi! We’re about to die!” He woke up, rebuked the wind and the rough water; and they calmed down, so that it was still. ²⁵ Then he said to the talmidim, “Where is your trust?” Awestruck, they marveled, asking one another, “Who can this be, that he commands even the wind and the water, and they obey him?”
⁵⁰ But on hearing this, Yeshua answered him, “Don’t be afraid! Just go on trusting, and she will be made well.” ⁵¹ When he arrived at the house, he didn’t allow anyone to go in with him except Kefa, Yochanan, Ya‘akov and the child’s father and mother ⁵² All the people were wailing and mourning for her; but he said, “Don’t weep; she hasn’t died, she’s sleeping.” ⁵³ They jeered at him, since they knew she had died. ⁵⁴ But he took her by the hand, called out, “Little girl, get up!” ⁵⁵ and her spirit returned. She stood up at once, and he directed that something be given her to eat. ⁵⁶ Her parents were astounded, but he instructed them to tell no one what had happened.

Dear Adonai,

O What a wonderful Savior and healer YOU are  O GOD!!! Toda that YOU heal me, toda that YOU love me, toda for comforting me. Toda for telling me not to be afraid and that if I keep trusting I will be made well, my mom and dad will be made well, my entire family will be made well. But I pray Avi, that YOUR chosen man to be my husband be here to redeem me, and make my dreams come true, when he loves me for my heart and for who I am, when he loves me like YOU. Take my hand LORD, Christine is already dead, and I ask YOU to live through me. Forgive me Avi, forgive me for my negative reaction that has hurt YOU. Forgive me and make me whole again. Rescue me from myself, rescue me and deliver me from all the evil around me. Father YOU are good and YOUR mercies endures forever. I cling to YOUR Promises LORD, let his be the foundation of my heart and soul. Please Avi, I have no strength for today, be my strength O GOD. I cannot move on my own. Help me Father. Have mercy on me....I lay myself down to YOU until YOU Raise me back to life...
