Psalm 75
(0) For the leader. Set to “Do Not Destroy!” A psalm of Asaf. A song:
2 (1) We give thanks to you, God, we give thanks;
your name is near, people tell of your wonders.
3 (2) “At the time of my own choice, I will dispense justice fairly.
4 (3) When the earth quakes, with all living on it, it is I who hold its support-pillars firm.” (Selah)
5 (4) To the boastful I say, “Do not boast!” and to the wicked, “Don’t flaunt your strength!
6 (5) Don’t flaunt your strength so proudly; don’t speak arrogantly, with your nose in the air!
7 (6) For you will not be raised to power by those in the east, the west or the desert;
8 (7) since God is the judge; and it is he who puts down one and lifts up another.
9 (8) In Adonai’s hand there is a cup of wine, foaming, richly spiced;
when he pours it out, all the wicked of the earth will drain it, drinking it to the dregs.”
10 (9) But I will always speak out, singing praises to the God of Ya‘akov.
11 (10) I will break down the strength of the wicked, but the strength of the righteous will be raised up.
Genesis 46:28-47:10
Genesis 46
(vi) 28 Ya‘akov sent Y’hudah ahead of him to Yosef, so that the latter might guide him on the road to Goshen; thus they arrived in the land of Goshen. 29 Yosef prepared his chariot and went up to Goshen to meet Isra’el his father. He presented himself to him, embraced him and wept on his neck for a long time. 30 Then Isra’el said to Yosef, “Now I can die, because I have seen your face and seen that you are still alive.”
31 Yosef said to his brothers and his father’s family, “I’m going up to tell Pharaoh. I’ll say to him, ‘My brothers and my father’s family, who were in the land of Kena‘an, have come to me. 32 The men are shepherds and keepers of livestock; they have brought their flocks, their herds and all their possessions.’ 33 Now when Pharaoh summons you and asks, ‘What is your occupation?’ 34 tell him, ‘Your servants have been keepers of livestock from our youth until now, both we and our ancestors.’ This will ensure that you will live in the land of Goshen — for any shepherd is abhorrent to the Egyptians.”.
Genesis 47
1 Then Yosef went in and told Pharaoh, “My father and brothers have come from the land of Kena‘an with their flocks, livestock and all their possessions; right now they are in the land of Goshen.” 2 He took five of his brothers and presented them to Pharaoh. 3 Pharaoh said to his brothers, “What is your occupation?” They answered Pharaoh, “Your servants are shepherds, both we and our ancestors,” 4 and added, “We have come to live in the land, because in the land of Kena‘an there is no place to pasture your servant’s flocks, the famine is so severe there. Therefore, please, let your servants live in the land of Goshen.” 5 Pharaoh said to Yosef, “Your father and brothers have come to you, 6 and the land of Egypt lies before you. Have your father and brothers live on the best property in the country — let them live in the land of Goshen. Moreover, if you know that some of them are particularly competent, put them in charge of my livestock.”
7 Yosef then brought in Ya‘akov his father and presented him to Pharaoh, and Ya‘akov blessed Pharaoh. 8 Pharaoh asked Ya‘akov, “How old are you?” 9 and Ya‘akov replied, “The time of my stay on earth has been 130 years; they have been few and difficult, fewer than the years my ancestors lived.” 10 Then Ya‘akov blessed Pharaoh and left his presence.
Avi Yakar,
HOLY ONE of ISRAEL! Blessed are YOU Adonai Elohim King of the Universe! My Everlasting!!! Great are YOU my GOD! Toda Raba for this Christmas day! Not everyone can celebrate it with their families but YOU have given me this opportunity to be with my family even in my old age because I don't have my own yet. Though I long to have my very own, but I am not confident that I am ready to take care of it, probably that is the reason why YOU have not given me away to have my own... But I trust YOU Adonai, and YOUR timing, YOU ways and best interest are perfect for me, for YOU are my GOD. Help me to enjoy every moment I have with them because I know after my wedding, my life will never be the same again. It's like opposite Yosef's life, he spend his younger days away from family while I spent it always with mine but in my latter days I will not always be with the family I was born but with my own family with my husband. I know for sure my life will be different from the rest of my born family because YOU promised me a life of extra ordinary no matter where YOU take my husband and I. I pray we will always be one with YOU and follow YOU everywhere YOU take us, everywhere YOU bring us, our hearts and mind are ONE with YOU, soar and fly with YOU. Avi, I declare this In the name of YESHUA Adonai, Amen!Joshua 5
1 When all the kings of the Emori on the west side of the Yarden and all the kings of the Kena‘ani near the sea heard how Adonai had dried up the Yarden River ahead of the people of Isra’el until they had crossed it, their hearts failed them, and they fell into depression because of the people of Isra’el.
2 It was at that time that Adonai said to Y’hoshua, “Make yourself knives of flint, and circumcise the people of Isra’el again, a second time. 3 So Y’hoshua made himself knives of flint and circumcised the people of Isra’el at Giv‘at-Ha‘Aralot [the hill of foreskins]. 4 The reason Y’hoshua circumcised was that all the people who had left Egypt who were males, all the fighting men, had died in the desert along the way after leaving Egypt. 5 For although all the people who left Egypt had been circumcised, all those who had been born in the desert on the way as they went on from Egypt had not been circumcised; 6 because the people of Isra’el walked forty years in the desert until the whole nation, that is, the fighting men who had left Egypt, had died out; because they had not heeded what Adonai said. Adonai had sworn that he would not allow them to see the land which Adonai swore to their ancestors that he would give us, a land flowing with milk and honey. 7 So he raised up their children to take their place, and it was these whom Y’hoshua circumcised; till then they had been uncircumcised, because they had not been circumcised while traveling.
8 When all the nation had been circumcised, every one of them, they stayed where they were in camp until they had healed. 9 Adonai said to Y’hoshua, “Today I have rolled off from you the stigma of Egypt.” This is why the place has been called Gilgal [rolling] ever since. 10 The people of Isra’el camped at Gilgal, and they observed Pesach on the fourteenth day of the month, there on the plains of Yericho. 11 The day after Pesach they ate what the land produced, matzah and roasted ears of grain that day. 12 The following day, after they had eaten food produced in the land, the man ended. From then on the people of Isra’el no longer had man; instead, that year, they ate the produce of the land of Kena‘an.
13 One day, when Y’hoshua was there by Yericho, he raised his eyes and looked; and in front of him stood a man with his drawn sword in his hand. Y’hoshua went over to him and asked him, “Are you on our side or on the side of our enemies?” 14 “No,” he replied, “but I am the commander of Adonai’s army; I have come just now.” Y’hoshua fell down with his face to the ground and worshipped him, then asked, “What does my lord have to say to his servant?” 15 The commander of Adonai’s army answered Y’hoshua, “Take your sandals off your feet, because the place where you are standing is holy.” And Y’hoshua did so.
Avi Yakar,
I cling to YOU Adonai, I have nothing else to hold on to. YOUR Words give me hope and life and drives me to do what I do and go where YOU go. I noticed YOU made Israel be circumcised again before they begin to take over their Promise. Is this the reason why I have been feeling pain and anxiousness lately? Yesterday was hard for me, how I woke up so disturbed at almost 4am and trying my best to have my peace. Also today, I never want to talk to anyone early in the morning before I talk to YOU. I enjoy these early morning quiet moments but even if these moments did not turn to be perfect today like I want to, please Avi hold my heart and mind and let me enjoy YOUR presence in my life. Toda Avi, for telling me what this circumcision is all about all over again for me. I release forgiveness and blessings towards all the people who have hurt me including, Rosel Bacus, Kristin Co, Timmy Uy, Ciriaca Chua (I'm at peace with her now my LORD) but even so I still release, and with forgiveness I release also my blessing, toda for blessing them to enjoy their families and provide for all their needs. I release forgiveness and blessing towards Rev Greatness Tunde, Artemio Pacle, Mercylyn and Schimitz I pray that they will forgive me too, put it in their hearts to forgive me and let them know it was not me after all it was YOU. Let YOUR will be done for all of us Avi, let YOUR will be done. I have forgiven Antonio and thank YOU for using me so that he will know YOU and receive salvation in YESHUA, bless his life with salvation in YESHUA that he will enjoy peace and love from YESHUA Adonai.
Daniel 1
3 The king ordered Ashp’naz, the eunuch serving as his chief officer, to bring into the palace from the people of Isra’el some of royal or noble descent. 4 They were to be boys without physical defect, handsome in appearance, versed in all kinds of wisdom, quick to learn, discerning, and having the capacity to serve in the king’s palace; and he was to teach them the language and literature of the Kasdim. 5 The king assigned them a daily portion of his own food and the wine he drank, and they were to be cared for in this way for three years. At the end of this time they were to become the king’s attendants.
8 But Dani’el resolved that he would not defile himself with the king’s food or the wine he drank, so he asked the chief officer to be excused from defiling himself. 9 God caused the chief officer to be kind and sympathetic toward Dani’el; 10 however, the chief officer said to Dani’el, “I’m afraid of my lord the king. After all, he has given you an allowance of food and drink; so if he were to see you boys looking worse than the others your age, you would be putting my own head in danger from the king.”
11 Then Dani’el said to the guard whom the chief officer had put in charge of Dani’el, Hananyah, Misha’el and ‘Azaryah, 12 “Please! Try an experiment on your servants — for ten days have them give us only vegetables to eat and water to drink. 13 Then see how we look, and compare us with how the boys who eat the king’s food look; and deal with your servants according to what you see.” 14 He agreed to do what they had asked and gave them a ten-day test. 15 At the end of ten days they looked better and more robust than all the boys who were eating the king’s food. 16 So the guard took away their food and the wine they were supposed to drink, and gave them vegetables.
17 To these four boys God had given knowledge and skill in every aspect of learning and wisdom; moreover, Dani’el could understand all kinds of visions and dreams.
18 When the time the king had set for them to be presented came, the chief officer presented them to N’vukhadnetzar; 19 and when the king spoke with them, none was found among all of them to compare with Dani’el, Hananyah, Misha’el and ‘Azaryah. So they entered the king’s service; 20 and in all matters requiring wisdom and understanding, whenever the king consulted them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians and exorcists in his entire kingdom.
Dear Avi,
Glory to YOU O GOD Most High who grants wisdom, understanding, and favor towards YOUR people how I pray that YOU will grant me the same wisdom, understanding and favor from people that I need to work with like Master Catalino whom YOU really touched so that his heart is moved to help me. Toda Raba Avi! Even for my parents who will release me to embark on a journey with my husband when he comes to ask for my hand, we will receive their blessings and be released to do YOUR will for our lives, whatever it may be. Toda that my husband Anthony and I will enter YOUR service very very soon, together we will be like Daniels, Yosefs and Esthers in this world. Together we can make a difference to this world by shinning YOUR light and truth and ministering YOUR presence towards all that seek YOU. Avi, prepare my husband - YOU have shown me who he is again, it's always one after another and I keep praying for different men every year almost and it's embarassing to be wrong all the time. But since YOU this time it is Anthony Wahl, well okay, even though inside I am laughing at the possibility of him even falling in love with someone like me, I chose to believe the impossible, I chose to believe YOU. YOU can make a fool of me and I don't mind Avi, YOU are my GOD and YOU can do whatever YOU want to with me for I AM YOURS for YOUR pleasure and glory. I laugh but I say Okay Avi, be it unto Me according to YOUR WORD, let it be so, let it be done Ba HaShem YESHUA, Amen! I'm not angry if he is not Israeli, I'm not angry if I have been wrong many times, I'm not angry if it seems like YOU have been leading me on. I am not because in the end everything will make sense.
Mark 7
8 “You depart from God’s command and hold onto human tradition. 9 Indeed,” he said to them, “you have made a fine art of departing from God’s command in order to keep your tradition! 10 For Moshe said, ‘Honor your father and your mother,’[b] and ‘Anyone who curses his father or mother must be put to death.’[c] 11 But you say, ‘If someone says to his father or mother, “I have promised as a korban” ’ ” (that is, as a gift to God) “ ‘ “what I might have used to help you,” ’ 12 then you no longer let him do anything for his father or mother. 13 Thus, with your tradition which you had handed down to you, you nullify the Word of God! And you do other things like this.”
14 Then Yeshua called the people to him again and said, “Listen to me, all of you, and understand this! 15 There is nothing outside a person which, by going into him, can make him unclean. Rather, it is the things that come out of a person which make a person unclean!” 16 17 When he had left the people and entered the house, his talmidim asked him about the parable. 18 He replied to them, “So you too are without understanding? Don’t you see that nothing going into a person from outside can make him unclean? 19 For it doesn’t go into his heart but into his stomach, and it passes out into the latrine.” (Thus he declared all foods ritually clean.) 20 “It is what comes out of a person,” he went on, “that makes him unclean. 21 For from within, out of a person’s heart, come forth wicked thoughts, sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, 22 greed, malice, deceit, indecency, envy, slander, arrogance, foolishness…. 23 All these wicked things come from within, and they make a person unclean.”
24 Next, Yeshua left that district and went off to the vicinity of Tzor and Tzidon. There he found a house to stay in and wanted to remain unrecognized, but keeping hidden proved impossible. 25 Instead, a woman whose little daughter had an unclean spirit in her came to him and fell down at his feet. 26 The woman was a Greek, by birth a Syro-phoenician, and she begged him to drive the demon out of her daughter. 27 He said, “Let the children be fed first, for it is not right to take the children’s food and toss it to their pet dogs.” 28 She answered him, “That is true, sir; but even the dogs under the table eat the children’s leftovers.” 29 Then he said to her, “For such an answer you may go on home; the demon has left your daughter.” 30 She went back home and found the child lying on the couch, the demon gone.
Avi Yakar,
Glory to YOUR Name!!! Okay YOU just answered my unspoken question if Anthony and I should go back to eating Kosher coz I do want to eat clean but now YOU say it's okay everything is clean. But YOU said also in the Tanakh that pigs are unclean, so which is which? It confuses me sometimes but I am not putting YOU in a box, I will follow YOU around no matter how much YOU swerve left or right. And I was just thinking of that when I woke up, that I am the year of the dog wow! I am reading what I was thinking just this morning, about dogs under the table - gentiles like me. Oh Avi, let my Boaz find me... bring him here sooner than I can calculate or expect him to be. Bring him sooner Avi, if it's still Zvika then let it be. But the way YOU have been speaking to me it's no longer him...because no matter how jewish he is, the most important is that he is YOUR Son, who loves YESHUA My King. So my husband would be half jew and gentile descendant like YESHUA and it's exactly what Anthony is. He even really slimmed down like Antonio slimmed down before meeting me. But I don't want to be fat also Avi, I want to be fit so help me to be at the best weight to meet my prince. Avi I lift up to YOU all the requests of my heart everyday as I utter them in my mouth!
Toda for hearing every utterance of my mind, mouth and soul and spirit,
Ba HaShem YESHUA, HaMashiach, Amen!
